THE WOOLIE WARRANTY:
The Woolie products are warranted when consumers purchase directly from the manufacturer. Purchases made from second or third party sellers void all warranties. The Woolie warrants our products to perform satisfactorily when used properly in accordance with its instructions for our faux finish painting techniques (www.thewoolie.com).
We will replace the product or refund the purchase price in the event the product is proven defective, which shall be the exclusive remedy under the warranty. Liability for consequential damages is specifically excluded. No other warranties expressed or implied are given.
If your item(s) have been shipped, you may return the item(s) for refund minus shipping costs.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the shipment date. If 30 days have exceeded since your purchase has been shipped to you we do not refund or exchange your purchased item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as shipped and you must possess the accomanying receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon receipt of your requested return we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When approved, we will refund the balance using your original method of payment.
You will receive an email from us to confirm that we have authorized the return credit and release of funds. Once we have authorized your refund, any delays of fund transfers will be based upon how fast the banking/funding/credit card processors timely proceed, which is not within our control.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
